This Alpharetta Ranch received a complete modern make-over. The main idea was to open the interior space to light and nature and to create an easy flow between living areas. The low ceilings were opened to the rafters, creating a light and airy feeling; the large windows make it possible to enjoy nature at every moment throughout day.

 

The maze of walls and corridors was taken down to give space to the Master Suite and Living - Dining area. The deck, as long as the house itself, is a great place to extend everyday living, and the screen porch provides shelter from the rain and sun. The house has a lower level with a guest suite and entertainment room which includes a secondary kitchen opening to the lower terrace.
